Bring what you have. If paperwork is missing, just let us know when we call.
01Vehicles
Vehicle keys, the V5C logbook if available, service records and relevant ownership or finance paperwork. Tell us in advance if the vehicle does not run or drive.
02Watches, jewellery & precious metals
The items you’re selling, plus any receipts, certificates, original packaging or service documents you have. If known, note the metal purity and approximate weight.
03Land & property
The address or site location and any relevant ownership, tenancy or planning information you have. We’ll agree what to share before an appointment.
04Machinery, stock & other assets
An item or inventory list, relevant ownership documents and details of collection access. Let us know about loading requirements or equipment that does not work.
We’ll explain any identity or ownership checks when we speak. Please don’t add identity documents or bank details to the enquiry form.
